Our Mat Pilates sessions are designed for people who want more than just a workout. This is Pilates with purpose – focused on movement quality, injury prevention, rehabilitation and long‑term strength and health.

Every session is 45 minutes, highly personalised, and delivered in small, intimate groups so you’re never lost in the crowd.
