Mitchell is a true local, born and raised in Gisborne and proud to be part of the Macedon Ranges community. His journey into health and fitness began through his own desire to improve his health, strength and wellbeing – a journey that has given him a genuine passion for helping others achieve the same.

After experiencing first-hand the positive impact that investing in your health can have, Mitchell developed a strong desire to support others on their own health and wellbeing journeys.

Mitchell was personally recognised by Brett and Naomi, the owners of Emerge Health and Wellness Hub, several years ago as someone who had the work ethic, personality and commitment to uphold the high standards our patients have come to expect.

While completing his remedial massage studies, Mitchell undertook regular personalised training and mentoring with Brett and Naomi. This hands-on development allowed him to build his clinical skills and develop an approach to massage that focuses on the individual – rather than simply providing the same treatment to everyone.

Mitchell is passionate, adaptable and committed to giving his best in every session. Whether you're dealing with muscle tension, recovering from an injury, feeling tight after training, or simply looking to move and feel better, he takes the time to understand what your body needs on the day.
